# Conversion and Delivery Schedules


* The conversion of your **Euros into Bitcoin** from **SEPA bank transfers** is processed **Monday to Friday** (excluding public holidays) **between 9 AM and 6 PM**.
* **One-time purchases via credit card** are available **24/7**.
* Bitcoin is purchased **after your transfer is received and verified**, at which point you will receive an **invoice by email**.
* **Conversions are processed on the same day** your transfer is received, **provided it passes automatic compliance checks** ( **only on business days**, as banks do not process transfers on public holidays, weekends, or Mondays). The exact time may vary depending on operational factors, ranging from **a few hours to longer depending on the week**.
* Your Bitcoin is then **added to the daily batch transaction**, which is **sent to the Bitcoin blockchain between 6 PM and 8 PM**.
* We **group customer deliveries into a single transaction**, significantly reducing mining fees per user. The **more customers included in a single transaction, the lower the mining fees per client**.
* Miners typically **validate the transaction overnight**, and you will receive a **confirmation email** with details about your **euro-to-Bitcoin conversion**.
* We make every effort to **minimize mining fees**. To optimize transaction costs, we use **low fees that allow miners to confirm transactions within 24 hours**.
* **Mining fees are applied to the total transaction and then distributed proportionally among customers** based on the average fee applied during the day. These fees are deducted from the amount delivered to your **personal wallet**. 
* **For reference**, in **2023, mining fees ranged between 80 and 400 satoshis** (less than **€0.075**). Due to the **significant increase in Bitcoin blockchain fees in late 2023/early 2024**, we managed to maintain **highly competitive mining fees** at around **2,000 satoshis**, compared to an average of **20,000 satoshis** on major exchanges.
* **Deliveries are made only on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays**.
