# I can't connect to my Green Wallet wallet?

For your information, **StackinSat is not responsible for the use of your Green Wallet**.  
We are **not the developer of this digital vault (wallet).**

## If you are unable to access your Green Wallet, follow these steps:

1️⃣ On the **PIN code screen**, tap the **"App Settings"** option at the bottom right.  
2️⃣ Enable the **"Connect via Tor"** option.  
3️⃣ You should now be able to access your wallet with this setting enabled.

📱 **For mobile users:**

* Updating the app on **iOS** may also resolve the issue.

## Security Tips

🔑 **Make sure to securely store your PIN code** to access your Green Wallet.  
🔑 If you lose your phone or cannot log in, you can **restore your wallet** on a new device using your  **private key (usually a 12 or 24-word recovery phrase).**
