# Pause / Delete Account

# Suspend Your Plan

StackinSat is **subscription-free and commitment-free**.

You can **pause and resume your BSP at any time** by simply suspending transfers to StackinSat from your online banking application.

For your information, **StackinSat does not make direct debits** from clients' bank accounts.

### How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your account, please follow these steps:

1. **Confirm the email address linked to your account**.
2. **Download your transaction history**, as once the account is deleted, the history will no longer be accessible.
3. **Indicate why you wish to close your BSP**, to help us improve our services.
4. **Confirm that you have stopped your transfers to StackinSat**, as once the account is deleted, any future transfers cannot be processed.
5. **Confirm that you have withdrawn your satoshis from the StackinSat Vault**.
