KYB and professional profile validation

As a digital asset service provider (PSAN) registered with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers, StackinSat asks all its customers to respect the “_Know your Business” procedure,_ it is a simple procedure allowing to validate your profile. The KYB makes it possible to protect users from any attempt at identity theft but also to fight effectively against money laundering, the financing of terrorism and tax crimes.

In order to be able to communicate with you and validate certain operations, we will ask you during your registration, the information of the natural person representing the company:

first and last names;

date and place of birth;

email address;

mobile phone number;

The surname, first name and name of the company (holding) that you communicate to us must be the same as those registered on the bank account issuing the transfers.

Additional information :

Following the publication of Decree No. 2021-387, PSANs (Digital Asset Service Providers) are required to carry out customer identification from the 1st euro.

Concretely, StackinSat will not be able to transform your euros into Satoshis if you do not fill in this KYB.

These procedures are put in place to comply with the legislation in force and to prevent the risk of fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing.

You will therefore have to carry out a simple and quick identification procedure on your customer area: https://stackinsat.com/dashboard/home/ by clicking on the profile icon, you will access a form that will have to be completed and then add your supporting documents.

During registration, here is also the information you will be asked for in connection with your company:

The denomination ;

The legal form ;

The location of the head office (country);

An indication of the annual turnover or, for start-up companies, the amount of equity or quasi-equity;

The address of the digital asset wallet.

The validation of the profile is done during the day upon receipt of your documents (except on weekends, our services are closed).

When updating your professional profile (to allow you, for example, to increase your investment ceiling), the following documents may be requested: Kbis extract, registration number, up-to-date status, etc.

With regard to foreign documents, only official identity documents written in the Latin alphabet and listed in the public online register maintained by the Council of the EU of authentic EU identity and travel documents are accepted. , its Member States and other countries contributing to PRADO available at the following address: consilium.europa.eu/prado/fr.
