BSP Overflow

What is an "Overflow" and How to Handle It?

An "overflow" occurs when you make a bank transfer that exceeds the maximum limit of your active Bitcoin Savings Plan (BSP) Premium. In this case, StackinSat cannot automatically convert the transaction amount. However, we offer you two options to resolve this situation.

Available Options in Case of an Overflow

When your transfer exceeds the limit of your BSP Premium, you have two choices:

1. Reactivate Your BSP Premium

If you choose to reactivate your BSP Premium, we will convert your transfer amount according to the conditions and fees applicable to your Premium plan.
This option allows you to continue benefiting from the advantages of your BSP Premium, including lower fees and free deliveries.

2. Conversion with BSP Classic Fees

If you do not wish to reactivate your BSP Premium, we can convert your transfer under the conditions and fees of the BSP Classic.

What to Do to Handle Your Overflow?

In both cases, it is important to inform us via the StackinSat chat about the option you wish to choose. Follow these steps:

Log in to your StackinSat dashboard.
Open the integrated chat and explain your situation.
Clearly specify whether you want to:

Reactivate your BSP Premium to convert the amount with reduced fees.

Convert the amount with BSP Classic fees.

Important:

No conversion will be processed until we receive your instructions via the chat.
