Procedure for Converting Your Bitcoins into Euros

The buyback feature is not yet automated for technical reasons, but it is possible to request a buyback starting from 0.01 BTC for direct delivery and 0.0005 BTC for storage in the StackinSat Vault.

The procedure varies depending on whether you are a client receiving delivery to a personal wallet or storing your funds in the StackinSat Vault.

Important Information for Clients Receiving Delivery to a Personal Wallet

A personal Bitcoin wallet is software (or hardware like Ledger) that stores the private key associated with your bitcoins. You alone have access to it and are responsible for its security. Make sure to carefully store your access keys, as losing them will result in the permanent loss of your bitcoins.

Buyback Procedure for Clients with Delivery to a Personal Wallet (Video)

Submit your buyback request via Chat, specifying the amount of Bitcoin you want to sell and attaching an IBAN in your name for the bank transfer.
Once your request is accepted, an operator will provide you with a unique Bitcoin receiving address from StackinSat to send your bitcoins for resale.
Complete the Bitcoin transaction to this address. A customer support agent can assist you, but additional fees may apply.
Once the transaction is confirmed, StackinSat will convert your bitcoins into euros and make a bank transfer to the specified IBAN.

Buyback Procedure for Clients Storing in the StackinSat Vault (Video)

Selling Bitcoin from the Vault is done with a dedicated button and only takes a few clicks:

Log in to your StackinSat account
Click the "Sell my bitcoins" button
Select the desired BSP
Enter the amount you wish to convert into euros
Confirm your sale, and you will receive a bank transfer
